This awesome scent is featured in a red apple shaped bottle, and has The Forbidden Fruit Tastes the Sweetest written on it.
New Moon budget larger than Twilight'sThe New Moon News of the day is that the budget is going to be nuch larger than Twilight's. This budget is going to be around $50 Million dollars, much more than the estimated $23 Million for Twilight. Hopefully New Moon's Werewolves will have good CGI and effects!

Twilight Movie Sales Not SlowingEven though in the states, the movie feels like it was released ages ago, it still continues to sell tickets like crazy all over the world. Since the November 21st US release, twilight has made $167 million in North America alone, and contiues to rake in the dollars with an additional $70 million overseas. This movie has grosses about $236 Million in total!

Taylor Getting Replaced?MTV have just recently run an article about the actor Taylor Lautner who was set to play Bella Swan's happy go-lucky companion, Jacob Black in the movie New Moon.
"Following last week's dismissal and replacement of Catherine Hardwicke, this weekend began with a press release from Summit Entertainment officially appointing New Moon director Chris Weitz to the job. Suspicious in its omission of Taylor Lautner, the release seemed to all but confirm Twilighter whispers that Hardwicke won't be the last Twilight talent replaced before the sequel."
The rumors floating around are that 26 year old Michael Copon may be brought in to play the older verion of Jacob.

Chris Weitz to Direct New MoonIt's offical, Stephenie Meyer has just announced this morning on her website that Chris Weitz, director of the Golden Compass, will be directing New Moon. At this point, it is completely unpredictable as to how the second movie in the Twilight Saga will turn out. Weitz has been praised about his novel adaptation of About A Boy from the Nick Hornby novel, but his status sank with the Golden Compass which many describe it as an expensive mess.

New Moon and Eclipse Filmed Back To BackIn order to prevent another time crunch, and another possibility of a diresctor change, it is now noted online that Summit may shoot New Moon, and then quickly move on to New Moon. This would be a ton of work with the advertising, and interviews, and the post-production, but if they have a bigger budget than Twilight, which they do, it can eaisly be done. This woulf also be great, because then the fans will not have as much time to wait for the next movie!
Twilight ConvetionIt is now known form a very recent email that here will be a Twilight convention in San Fransisco on February 21 to the 22 2009, and another in Los Angeles on May 3, 2009! It is finally happening, there is finally a place for true twi-hards to get together and discuss the magic that is Edward Cullen and Twilight!

New Moon Monday
Hardwicke Gets CannedTwilight is on the wave of success, but the future for the next sequel is extremely unpredictable. Althought is is positive that they will be making the sequel, Summit and indie director Catherine Hardwicke just seem to come to terms with New Moon. Summit wants the second Twilight movie to be released within the late 2009 to early 2010 period, but Hardwicke says that there is not enought time for her to get everything together to fit into her "vision", because, the company wants to put more Edward in the story, which didn't agree with what Hardwicke wanted. So, Summit dropped her, and a replacement has yet to be found. This movie is going to take even longer to film now that there isn't even a director working on it!

Showtime Snags TwilightSince Twilight is continuing to be such a success at the box office, raking in $120 million since opening, Summit has signed an agreement with Showtime to run the Twilight movie on their premium channel in early 2010. They have signed a set agreement for all four of the movies to be aired on their channel.

Kristen To Play Joan JettSince Kristen Stewart has played Bella in Twilight, this young, rising star is popping up in movies, shows, and talk shows everywhere! We have previously informed you of kristen's upcoming release in Adventureland, but now she will be in pop-rock flick, The Runaways. She will be portraying Joan Jett, which she will probably do very well because she is such an awesome actress. She is becoming more established every minute, so by the time New Moon rolls around, she will be a huge star!

Hardwicke's Plan for New MoonWell, in many countries, including the United States, the Twilight movie has already been released, and us Twilight FreaKs have already seen it about 5 times. So, naturally the road to the Twilight Saga from books to movies must now move on to New Moon. MTV Caught up with Catherine Hardwicke, the director of the Twilight film to see what her plans are about New Moon on the big screen. "I would say that the film could be finished by the end of 2009, if not the beginning of 2010; cameras could be rolling in about five months" Hardwick proclaimed to Larry Caroll, the man in charge of Twilight Tuesdays on MTV, she has told the twilight world to pack their umbrellas for another trip to Portland in about a March/April time frame. So get ready for the next movie in the Twilight saga, New Moon!
Robert Pattinson: Breakout Role of 2008Entertainment Weekly's Top breakout role list for 2008 is a true testament to the fact that Rob is still a regular person... a regular person who just happens to be known for the role of respectable vamp Edward Cullen. Robert Pattinson not only tripled his fame this year by going from Cedric to Edward, but he still remains unfazed, content, and just a regular person even though he is a millionare! Rpattz is the first breakout role of 2008 along with Demi Lovato, and Russell Brand breaking in the top three. Pattinson is super chill even when it comes to teen twi-hards camping outside his apartment to try to get a glimpse of Cedward. This super hot rising star just makes a joke in saying "If they were old men, I'd probably move."

Well, this entire month has been a crazy Twilight adventure, and now that the movie has come out and dazzled crownds with its $70.6 Million dollars on it's opening weekend, it is about time to be thinking about the sequel. Peter Facielli who plays Carlise Cullen is extited to be signed on for the next Twilight movie, New Moon!

Twilight Boxoffice MadnessTwilight was insane at the boxoffice this opening weekend. It raked in a total of $70.6 million dollars and counting! That is the second highest for an independent film EVER! Good job my fellow Twilight FreaKs.... now we all have to wait for New Moon!

The numbers are starting to come in for the box office opening weekend... even thought it is not over yet! on Friday of the midnight showing of the movie, the numbers are set at an amazing $7 million just for the midnight showing! Then, Friday night, the number are set a a huge $35.7 million dollars in the box office. I know I am going to see it again. How about you?

This amazing podcast had the Twilight movie stars including Peter Facinelli, Christian Serratos, and more talking about the movie and what it was like filming in a LA Borders. Tons of Twilight fans showed up to let the world know that Twilight is the best book ever!

Online sites like Fandango and Movietickets.com have reported " said Monday that the Summit Entertainment film has sold out hundreds of performances four days before its Friday opening in about 3,400 locations. Fandango has sold out almost 700 shows -- including 500 or so midnight Thursday screenings -- and MovieTickets counted more than 400 sellouts of various showtimes. Twilight accounted for more than 85% of presales in recent days... "

That show featured a special Twilight theme in which, the stars of Twilight were asked questions about the movies, and revealed the clip. One of my personal favorite moments of that night was when Rpattz yelled, " Shut up! " in a playful tone to all of his screaming admirers!
